Reservations and Booking
How do I make a reservation?
Choose your pickup and return details, select an available vehicle, add any extras, and complete the booking information shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel a reservation?
Please contact Routes Car Rental as early as possible. Changes and cancellations depend on availability and the terms shown with your booking.
Can I choose a different drop-off location?
Yes, when one-way rentals are available. Select the different drop-off option during your search and choose the preferred return location.
Driver Requirements
What do I need to rent a vehicle?
Bring a valid driver license, an accepted payment method, your booking confirmation, and any additional identification required for your rental.
Is there a minimum rental age?
Age requirements can vary by vehicle class and location. Contact our team before booking if you have questions about driver eligibility.
Can I add an additional driver?
Additional drivers may be added when they meet the same license and eligibility requirements as the primary driver and are included in the rental agreement.
